Yes! We currenty ship all over the world. In addition to the shipping costs,
you may be charged additional fees by your federal or provincial government.
We don't know what those fees are, why they're applied, or who benefits from

How can I modify my registered information?

II. Go to My Account and then modify the Personal Information under "My Account" section.
III. Change your registered information.

How to deal with backorders?
In case your order item runs out, we will contact you immediately by email.
If you agree to wait for the order, we will ship out your ordered item when
it is available. If not, we will issue a full refund at once. (It will take
at least 2 weeks to process the refund if your order is paid by Money Order/Check)
**Please note that we reserve the rights to issue a full refund without any notice if we receive no response from you after 14 days.

What is the warranty on our product?
If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through email@example.com to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (25) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages
by C.O.D will not be accepted
Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.
What if I refuse an order when it's delivered because I changed my mind?
We will issue you a refund on the item, less $25 or a 25% restocking fee, which ever is greater. Note that we cannot refund the charges we pay to Express for shipping in both directions, because Express won't refund that money to us. Please be careful before you order!
